Call for Applications – Fulbright Foreign Student Program The United States Embassy, through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, invites holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology who wish to study at American universities to apply for the Fulbright Scholarship program, aimed at pursuing a Master’s degree.
